ABOUT US
Welcome to Wild Briar Farm conveniently located in the Penfield/Webster area, near Lake Ontario in upstate New York.
We are a family owned farm offering boarding, lessons, horse shows, leasing and sales. We have a 90 X 180 fenced sand ring, three board wood fenced paddocks, run in shed and a wash stall.

Kim Montrois Kim has been involved with horses almost all of her life, riding and training with some of the most highly regarded professionals in the country. Teaching and training horses and riders for over 20 years now, Kim has coached many riders to numerous year end awards from the local to national level since '91. In addition to running Wild Briar Farm, Kim was also a former trainer at Huntington Meadow Stables from 1991-1997, and Way Farm from 1998 - 2006 where she helped run lesson programs, manage horse shows and summer camps for both farms.
Kim has been an active member of the USEF and local PHA since 1984, becoming a professional member in 1992. She has served on the election committee since 1995 and currently is a member of the Board of Directors of the Syracuse PHA. |

Amy Montrois
Amy has been riding and showing since the age of 6. Riding both green and made horses and ponies, Amy has had the opportunity to show some of the top hunters in the country.
Amy has competed at many of the top shows in the East including Pony Hunter and Medal Finals, Zone 2 Finals, Pennsylvania Nat'l and Saratoga. Throughout her riding career Amy has consistently ridden to numerous year end awards as a junior, amateur, and professional rider both locally and nationally. |
